We had an enjoyable stay at Soon Noeng Resort. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the rooms were comfortable, and the pool was pristine. The ocean water directly in front of the hotel can be a little murky at times, so having such a lovely pool was a bonus.
The food options were a little limited, particularly for a longer stay, and housekeeping could have been more thorough, especially in the bathrooms.

The staff were lovely and went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. The views were amazing and the plankton tour was incredible.
A small drying rack could potentially be provided to help dry towels and swimming costumes more easily.

Location is nice. Food was fine.
Room is not 4*, air conditioning not working properly, poor breakfast options (probably because of low season but still inexcusable). Bugs and mites, I had too many bites which i am still recovering from after all home remedies.
