Excelente sitio en recoleta

El sitio es excelente y los anfitriones muy atentos, dejaron unos chocolates de bienvenida. La calefacción de diez y buena localización.

Great location, but the cleanliness issues and the hostile checkout ruined it.

Fantastic location. Quite affordable (you’ll see why below). Generally quiet and far from street noise. Has good air ventilation. Pet friendly, though you have to leave a deposit I don’t want to offend anyone. This apartment could have be a wonderful old-style place - but if you’re not ready to maintain it, invest in it, and host guests respectfully, then honestly you shouldn’t be renting it out. It’s genuinely painful to see a great space in a great location in a condition like this. A very sour experience.

The hosts initially seemed friendly and pleasant, but the checkout experience was awful. During checkout I felt humiliated. The host’s husband inspected our used bed sheets and tried to find anything to blame us for - it felt like a hostile “military inspection.” It was obvious the host herself was embarrassed and tried to stay nice and polite, but the whole experience was unacceptable. She is a nice humble human, but her other half is absolutely, awfully not client-oriented. We only received half of our deposit back because the toilet flush button broke due to rust (not my fault! the building is old and has leakages - so was the toilet button - the spring inside the mechanism simply was rotten it was confirmed by a repairmen). They deducted $50 for this, which is outrageous - and they didn’t provide any receipts or proof of the expense knowing I had little time before going for the airport. Cockroaches. Many cockroaches - the owner has poison and offered us to solve the issue ourselves. I bought another bottle but it didn't help. She as well confirmed this issue is known to her. Unstable, though fast internet was not suitable for remote work and we had these issues a few times. The apartment is old but not in a good way: some furniture is worn, and the kitchen was poorly equipped until I bought items myself. There wasn’t even a proper pot, plates were mismatched, and there was basically nothing to cook with. As well dear guests - do not agree to any services outside booking - you lose protection and may end up in the poor situation - this is the lesson I have learned. It is not worth of any seeming benefits you might receive.

Muy buena!

Maravillosa ubicación, el departamento está muy bien!! incluso mucho mejor que lo que se aprecia en fotos, y la calefacción ayudó mucho para el frío de la ciudad.

Nada, todo me gustó.
