Overall good

Apartment is great, close to metro and shops, restaurants. Host was friendly to us and our dog

A bit noisy bc of traffic and thin walls, but it is okay for a short stay

4 / 10

Disappointing stay - better alternatives are available in the same price range

The property was conveniently located close to a metro station and a 24h supermarket. It seemed like a working-class neighbourhood but safe nevertheless.

Our experience at this property was frustrating from start to finish. Since the Booking.com app wouldn’t translate their messages on the mobile app, it made coordination with the host difficult. The address listed was incomplete - only a street name with no number. We spent over 30 minutes dragging heavy luggage up and down the street trying to figure out where the place was. Completely unacceptable. Especially given the language barrier in a foreign country. Then, just minutes after we checked in, a repair person showed up to work on the boiler/heater. This took over an hour and ruined our first evening, since we didn’t feel safe leaving our belongings unattended with a stranger inside. Since it's a one room apartment, there wasn't any privacy with a repair person in the room meaning we couldn't relax properly either. While can understand sometimes urgent repairs might be needed, this didn't seem like one of those instances - we checked in around 4pm, so the entire day was available prior to us arriving. The owner should have shown up or at the very least inform us in advance - not spring a surprise repair on paying guests. The washroom reeked of a sewer-like smell from the shower (seemingly from the drain), and there was no place to hang towels or clothes inside. The only hanging hooks were awkwardly placed by the entrance - not helpful at all when you’re trying to dry things after a shower. The bed-sheet was torn at the bottom, clearly worn out and neglected, and the couch was visibly dirty - not something you’d want to sit on, let alone relax after a long day. Overall, this stay felt like a string of inconveniences and poor maintenance. This property should not be listed until serious improvements are made - in terms of communication, cleanliness, and basic guest readiness.

Agradable.

La persona a cargo es muy amable. El lugar estaba impecable. El estudio era muy cómodo.

La localización es muy bulliciosa.

9 / 10
