Loved the property! Once they complete the renovations it will get even better. It’s a small and cozy gem.

It was right off the beach, near restaurants, and accessible to transportation. Security and front desk! Convenient market on property and 24 hour service. Staff nice and very responsive. Kept us informed from checkin to checkout.

You should provide daily towels and wash cloths. Remove items that has rust present, fix leaks, paint ceiling, shower heads facing away from shower doors. Smaller wash clothes. Renovation during our stay.

Terrible. This accommodation ruined our vacation. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, even if it were free.

Apart from the girl who works at the reception—the one with curly hair and glasses, I believe her name is Lys—there is very little positive to say. She is helpful, kind, and always willing to assist. The other receptionists, however, are unfriendly. One positive thing is that they allowed us to check into our room a little earlier than the scheduled check-in time. Another nice feature is the Amazon Echo device in the room, which allows you to play music using voice commands. The bathtub on the terrace is also very beautiful.

As for the negative aspects, there are countless issues. First of all, the hygiene. The carpet in the hallway smells absolutely unbearable—you practically have to hold your nose just to walk through it. Then there is the room itself, where everything also smells very bad. I have asthma, and I had serious problems because the curtains and the bed linen had such a strong and unpleasant smell. My girlfriend developed a skin rash, and when we went to a doctor, we were told that it was caused by the bed linen. When we asked for fresh bed linen, we were charged BRL 100 at reception. On top of that, we found dirty towels in the room. Replacing two large and two small towels costs BRL 50. Brazil is the 36th country I have visited, and I have never experienced a hotel charging guests for fresh towels and bed linen. Please pass this feedback on to your manager, director, or owner: this is simply not how a hospitality business should be run. It would be better to increase the accommodation price than to charge guests separately for basic necessities such as clean towels and bed linen. There is also a problem with the bed. The description stating that it is a double bed is misleading. In reality, there are two small beds pushed together with one large mattress placed on top of them. The pillows are also very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, at the end of our stay we received an email telling us that we were expected to wash the dishes and take out the trash. Shocking. The photos on Booking.com show a wooden bath tray placed across the bathtub for food and drinks. There was no such tray in our room, and when I requested one, they tried to charge us €17 for it. There is also no hairdryer in the room, so you have to request one from reception. This is unacceptable. Later, another receptionist stopped us and asked whether we had returned the hairdryer—even though we had returned it two days earlier.

L’hôtel a été un vrai coup de cœur grâce à son personnel incroyablement sympathique et à son emplacement idéal, en plein cœur des principales lieux touristique et face à la magnifique plage de Copacabana. La décoration plutôt moderne et au goût du jour.

L’établissement est actuellement en pleine rénovation et en agrandissement, ce qui nous a réveillés par le bruit des marteaux-piqueurs. De plus, l’une des climatiseurs dans une chambre réservée était en panne. L’ascenseur, qui permet d’accéder à l’établissement, est assez long, vétuste et ancien.
