Clean comfortable property close to amenities

Very comfortable beds, best we’ve had in an rental property . Location was great for visiting family and was close to all the amenities. Good layout of bedrooms and bathrooms. Family sized table in kitchen for mealtime. Clean and tidy. Television was good size for movie night with the kids

The oven didn’t have markings on the dials so cooking was a bit of a challenge but we worked around it and it didn’t spoil the stay too much

I did not like the apartment nor the landlord at all. The landlord is not trust worthy, dirty and a lier. I have opened a complaint against the apartment and him, and I will escalate it to the appropriate legal departments to deal with him. He keeps lieing to cover his disgusting attitude and lies. I am yet to get my refund, he kept lieing because he didn't want to refund me. I have video and photo evidence of my claim. I will advise you not to near the property. There were cobwebs all over the rooms, toilets and kitchen. I couldn't sleep there because I don't like cobwebs. I immediately reported to booking.com and made a full video. I also texted him to let him about the cobwebs, he said he was going to clean item, I told him I couldn't sleep there that I need my refund. He did not get back to me. I went to rent another apartment through booking.com on the 17th to 19th. He his a dangerous landlord stay away. I will make sure he is dealt with, for dishonesty and a dubious act. I have added pictures of some rooms and kitchen. I have a full video but I can't load it here. Because it's my full evidence. To all tourists, Northern Ireland are full of good people and very accommodating. (Please note: This particular landlord and property does not represent us in NI. ) feel free to explore another property in Northern Ireland not this particular one. Sorry to say. We dislike individuals like this creating a bad image for Northern Ireland.

Comfortable stay in a well presented house.

A good stay at a comfortable house with plenty of space. The house was presented well and felt clean. Location outside Belfast but suited us as we had a car. Has some smallish maintenance issues which require attention (mould above ensuite shower for example).

Sticky entrance door. Better kitchen utensils.

Very comfortable beds, best we’ve had in an rental property . Location was great for visiting family and was close to all the amenities. Good layout of bedrooms and bathrooms. Family sized table in kitchen for mealtime. Clean and tidy. Television was good size for movie night with the kids
