Very clean all the equipment we needed. Great location for Senso Ji lots of lovely bars and restaurants close by. We loved the area very quiet and calm. Short walk to metro. Would definitely stay again. Although check in isn’t staffed. All of my queries were answered really quickly.
We knew it would be cosy size wise so it’s not a complaint. It’s a bit like living in a caravan everything has to have a place as there’s not a lot of space. So you need to be organised.
Think the advance check in instructions could be a little clearer - you have to take a photo and upload it before you can move to the next stage. Then there is a slight delay before the door opens after you’ve input your code. You only get given the code at 3pm on check in day. You need to connect to WiFi as you’ll need to be sent another message to get door code to get into room after you’ve passed security at the front door. We hadn’t known this step so after a long flight it felt a bit frazzling. We thought we weren’t going to get into room and it was out of hours. However they did respond immediately to tell us room code. Then there is also a time delay before room door unlocks.

For Japanese standards, the room was spacious. Everything was clean.
I arrived slightly early but was unable to check in until 3 p.m. sharp due to their automated app-based system. After waiting 30 minutes to check in, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes because the room was still being cleaned. Throughout this process, I tried to contact the property, but they did not answer via email or Booking.com. I had to download the Line app just to get a response. Furthermore, the room is located right at street level, so it is not completely quiet. Also, the location is not that good; it is near only one main attraction. The price was quite high for what is offered, especially since you don’t have anyone to assist you and you have to do everything yourself. The kitchen is quite simple, but it's nice for a quick meal. There is a TV, but with only local channels, so if you don't know Japanese, it's like having nothing.

"The staff were very helpful over messages and the apt was perfect for solo use. Had plenty of space to unpack the suitcase, a small futon/sofa and a large comfortable bed.
Location was a flat 10min ..."
