Muy mal lugar

Mi experiencia fue muy decepcionante. El check-in estaba previsto para las 17:00 y estuve esperando frente al apartamento desde las 11:00 sin que nadie me ofreciera ninguna solución. Me dijeron que aún estaban limpiando, pero no vi salir a nadie del alojamiento hasta la hora de entrada. Además, tuve que llamar yo mismo desde el extranjero y asumir el coste de una llamada internacional para que finalmente me facilitaran el código de acceso. Una vez dentro, encontré cucarachas en el apartamento. Tampoco había ventilador ni aire acondicionado, por lo que el calor era insoportable. La única opción era dormir con la ventana abierta, pero el ruido constante de la calle y las campanas de la iglesia cercana hacían prácticamente imposible descansar. La gestión del equipo fue muy poco profesional y dejó mucho que desear. Dispongo de fotografías que respaldan todo lo mencionado Mon expérience a été très décevante. Le check-in était prévu à 17 h, mais j’ai attendu devant l’appartement depuis 11 h sans qu’aucune solution ne me soit proposée. On m’a expliqué que le logement était en cours de nettoyage, pourtant je n’ai vu personne en sortir avant l’heure du check-in. J’ai même dû appeler moi-même depuis l’étranger et payer un appel international pour obtenir finalement le code d’accès. Une fois à l’intérieur, j’ai constaté la présence de cafards dans l’appartement. Il n’y avait ni ventilateur ni climatisation, ce qui rendait la chaleur insupportable. La seule possibilité était de dormir la fenêtre ouverte, mais le bruit permanent de la rue et les cloches de l’église voisine rendaient le repos quasiment impossible. La gestion de l’équipe a été très peu professionnelle et je suis très déçu de cette expérience. Je dispose de photos qui prouvent chacun des problèmes mentionnés.

La malhonnêteté de l’hôte qui a le culot de demander une caution après réservation et le piteux état de l’appartement. La salle de bain est dans un état lamentable (énormément de champignons). Le lit n’était pas fait. Expérience LAMENTABLE. C’est vraiment du travail d’amateur. FUYEZ DE TOUTE URGENCE.
