On the whole very good. Staff was very helpful and kind

There was enough space in the house

It didn’t have proper view. The house being next to the road was a bit noisy

Poor

I regret to say that communication with the owner was unsatisfactory despite my attempts to communicate in both German and English. The accommodations were uncomfortably cold for two nights, and when I addressed this with the owner, she responded by complaining about other guests' complaints. This approach to customer service is not conducive to a successful business. Furthermore, the payment process was unclear and poorly communicated; some money is paid through Booking.com, some as informed via WhatsApp, and on top of this is was expected to outstand payments based on a note left on the door. Had communication been better and the lodging adequately heated, my assessment would have been more positive, but unfortunately, that was not the case.
