Not happy at all. very uncomfortable stay
I wanted to start off saying when you enter the house there is no matt for shoes , and entrance with stairs was so dirty with so many leaves and there was broken glass pieces all the way to the entrance…1 remote for the AC in the living room was missing and it didn’t work the first day it keep on showing E7 or Error.
There is no towel hanger in the washroom. We had 6 people checking in there was only 1 toilet roll how we supposed to survive with this. Usually the main necessary items should be an available on arrival, no hand soap, shower gel, no vacuum on the top and there was a vacuum box but it was empty so no vacuum so we had to sweep the floor and there was some extra garbage or extra stuff near the vacuum box which I personally feel should be cleared out of the way for the guest.
There was no blankets in any of the room at least there should be couple extra for the people who feel cold a lot.
On top of that in your description, there was no mentioning about the stairs that we have to carry the luggage down to the stairs. It would be great help if you mentioned that people can be prepared for that kind of heads up because we assumed that we booked the first one main entrance one, but we ended up getting to know that we booked the previous one so it would be a great heads up so people know what to expect. Because we didn’t know we will be staying downstairs the people who checked in upstairs they were yelling and fighting all night you could hear all the big footstep on your head and they were yelling until 4 O’clock in the morning.
No table in the living room at least we need a table with chairs to eat so that we don’t mess up the sofa and no proper dishes If 5 people checking in they need at least 5 glasses. There were only 2 glasses and 2 plate and 2 bowls, 1 spoon if you could have mentioned this guest would be prepared to bring their stuff if the place doesn’t provide.

the beds were good, it was clean, appliances were new.
The stairs to the apartment were dangerous & not to code. Someone will fall & sue. There was no coffee or kitchen table, 1 coffee mug, 2 plates & bowls, hardly any silverware, no toaster. Yet I was promised a full kitchen! Only seating for 4 people, and we were 6! There were no blankets on the beds, & only 2 towels ! (again, 6 people).
