I was highly unhappy with staying in a room which was cheaper than the one I paid for.

I unfortunately did not have the breakfast as i was already put off by the issue regarding the incorrect room being given to me.

I disliked the fact that i booked and paid my 3 night stay a week in advance but when i arrived at the lodge, the room i had booked was given to someone else. I hoped they would resolve the issue but i never received any feedback after my departure as promised. I only spent 2 nights in the room i had booked.

The location of the lodge is great, few minutes from the central part of town, Property has a river front with nice views from the balcony in the double storey part, next time is I use the area I will choose the chalet along the river front they seemed to be more private, Rooms are comfortable and roomy with bar fridge, iron, and microwave more value for money more than some of the lodges,

Possibly on the bathrooms they need to change the curtains or windows to not so clear, I could see into my room through the bathroom window while walking on the passages,
