Awful owners and customer service

Location is great, the apartment is spacious and well equipped

The hosts and customer service are horrendous. This property is owned by an agency that is not located nearby, so any problem takes ages to solve. First, they did not send me any checkin details on the checkin day. I had to call their customer service line to ask for my checkin information. The woman who picked up was in the process of getting me checkin information and then suddenly said “I have to go” and hung up on me! I had to call her a second time before she finally sent it, and then she abruptly hung up again before I even received it. Then I had an issue with the laundry machine and one of my shirts got stuck inside it, and they said they would contact the local manager to fix it and would “get back to me soon”. Two hours later and I have no update. Finally they told me even later that the technician wouldn’t come until the next day. The next day they told me the time the technician would show up, and he didn’t arrive until a few hours after. I was out of the apartment at the time. When I got back, I saw that he fixed the machine and removed the stuck shirt but then threw that shirt into the dirty sink with all the food scraps! This is completely unprofessional behavior and the host offered zero explanation. All around a horrible experience with the owners. Please save yourself the trouble and rent from a local owner, not an agency.

Very comfortable

Some older reviews mention problems with the plumbing, I had hoped these were at the building level and would be resolved now. This proved to be true, absolutely no problems. Entry to the building is quite complicated, but perfectly explained by Classbnb. Well equipped apartment with great terrace.

Couldn't get the Orange TV service to work (but WiFi fine). No corkscrew in a French apartment - haha.

Lage. Mehr nicht

Durchgelegenes Bett. Waschmaschine kaputt inkl. meiner Wäsche darin. Im Bad hat der Abfluss dauerhaft gestunken. Sauberkeit war auch nicht gut. Es lagen einfach Zigarettenfilter hinter der Türe.
