Ruhig, gemütlich, sauber.
Badezimmer sollte mit einer Tür versehen sein sodass man nicht gemeinsam auf die Toilette geht.

Quiet, secluded, and comfortable. Ideal after a long work day.
Bed was great. Shower was great. These are the cornerstones of any hospitality accommodation unit.
Personally I’d prefer a desk instead of a sofa and tv, but this is accommodation oriented primarily for leisure travellers — not business travellers.
Not having kitchen facilities might become an issue for a longer stay.

It was perfect for our day at the races and an evening out in town. Quiet, peaceful and private location. Well decorated and equipped and secure parking directly outside the patio area. We find it very rare that our accommodation matches expectations, but this did and we would have no hesitation in staying again. Friendly host!
No complaints whatsoever!
