Séjour très décevant au regard du prix payé

Notre expérience a été très décevante, surtout au regard des 1 080 € payés pour seulement 7 jours de séjour. En voyant les photos de l’annonce, nous avions compris que l’appartement était au rez-de-chaussée et que la terrasse était directement accessible depuis le logement. En réalité, l’appartement se trouve au premier étage et il faut sortir de l’immeuble puis marcher à l’extérieur pour accéder à la piscine et à l’espace extérieur. Avec trois jeunes enfants, ce n’est pas du tout la même expérience que ce que les photos laissent penser. Cette information aurait mérité d’être beaucoup plus clairement précisée dans l’annonce. À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté la présence de cafards à l’intérieur de l’appartement, ainsi qu’un petit lézard qui est également entré dans le logement. Cela a été particulièrement désagréable et inquiétant pour nous, surtout avec nos trois enfants. Les toilettes étaient également sales et nous avons dû les nettoyer nous-mêmes avant de pouvoir les utiliser correctement. Concernant le matériel de nettoyage, un balai et une serpillière étaient disponibles, mais il n’y avait pas de seau. Le sol n’était toutefois pas particulièrement sale. La piscine était malheureusement très sale, au point que nous n’avons pas pu en profiter pendant notre séjour. C’est particulièrement dommage puisque la piscine faisait partie des raisons pour lesquelles nous avions choisi ce logement. Pour 1 080 € pour seulement 7 jours de séjour, nous nous attendions à une prestation nettement meilleure. Le rapport qualité-prix nous paraît donc très décevant, notamment concernant la propreté de la piscine, les toilettes, la présence de cafards dans l’appartement et la présentation des équipements dans l’annonce. Nous espérons que ces remarques seront prises en compte afin que les prochains voyageurs puissent bénéficier d’un logement propre et d’une prestation correspondant réellement à ce qui est présenté dans l’annonce.
