Warning: the photographs did not match the property listed - the apartment was not in the 2 storey building shown, but another much taller building behind reached via corridor via the front door shown in the photo. Access up to this (3rd floor?) apartment is only via several turns of a tight spiral staircase which was impossible for me, so we could not even reach the apartment. This rental is considered suitable for children, but we would not consider these stairs safe for younger children. Certain images have been excluded from this listing which are deliberately misleading - external images of the actual building the apartment is in; the view from the windows showing the property height and the spiral staircase access. Had any been included we would have never considered this rental, regardless of the interior. Floor level and access of a rental is often a key factor for guests - so if a rental listing shows an image of a two storey building at the address provided, it is expected that the apartment is therefore in this building and on the ground or first floor. We arrived later in the evening via train due to delays caused by the heatwave and met the owner at the door. When we realised that the apartment was not in the two storey building and that it was inaccessible for me, the owner admitted that the apartment was not in the two storey building shown in the listing but stated it was not relevant and he had no other option - even when we said we had no other choice but to find alternative last minute accommodation. All we could find was a basic hotel room with no cooking facilities, so we reasonably requested a refund along with a request key missing images were added to the listing. This was refused by the host and his agency Holidu, stating " the listing and pictures are correct and show the reality ... GU should not have assumed it was on the first floor ... HO claims he tried to find a solution" - case was then closed by Holidu.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement. Il est idéalement situé et très bien équipé. Par ailleurs, le fait qu’il soit équipé de la climatisation est un gros plus pour un séjour estival. Un grand merci à Guilhem pour son accueil 😊
