Bad experience

⚠️ BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY, BUT OUR EXPERIENCE LEFT US SERIOUSLY CONCERNED ABOUT TRUST, HONESTY AND THE SECURITY OF GUEST BELONGINGS. The property itself is located in a beautiful and peaceful area, and we genuinely liked the surroundings. Unfortunately, what happened after our stay completely changed our impression of the property. My daughter accidentally left her iPad inside the property. We are 100% certain that the iPad was left there. As soon as we realized it was missing, we returned to the property specifically to collect it. The caretakers told us that no iPad had been found. They also checked CCTV footage showing us leaving the property. However, the fact that the CCTV showed our departure does not prove that my daughter had the iPad with her when we left. The footage did not clearly show my child holding the iPad when we departed, and therefore it cannot establish that the iPad was not left inside the property. We expected the caretakers to understand this and to make a genuine effort to search the room thoroughly and check with everyone who had access to the property after we left. Instead, we were left feeling that our concern was being dismissed rather than properly investigated. The most upsetting part is not only the loss of the iPad, but the lack of transparency and reassurance we experienced when we went back looking for it. When a guest accidentally leaves an important personal belonging behind, we believe the responsible thing is to make every reasonable effort to locate it and return it. We are not claiming that we personally saw someone take the iPad. What we are saying is that we know our daughter left it inside the property, and it was not in our possession when we realized it was missing. The property should therefore have taken our concern seriously and investigated what happened after our departure. It is extremely disappointing because the location itself is beautiful, peaceful and attractive.

Nice area to stay in!

It was inside camp John so the area around was beautiful.

The restrooms were dirty and place was quite dusty. My family and I had bed bug bites. There was also confusion with other tenants about parking spaces, which created a fuss between the guests checked in. The whole place did not have air conditioning, but I’m guessing because Baguio is supposed to be cold, but if you’re like me who love the cold. It can get warm inside with no air conditioning.

It was inside camp John so the area around was beautiful.

The restrooms were dirty and place was quite dusty. My family and I had bed bug bites. There was also confusion with other tenants about parking spaces, which created a fuss between the guests checked in. The whole place did not have air conditioning, but I’m guessing because Baguio is supposed to be cold, but if you’re like me who love the cold. It can get warm inside with no air conditioning.
