Excellent stay, will come again

It’s located in an old historic building, beautiful property with a patio and excellent location in San Juan, right next to everything you need. They offered me an early check in and were extremely kind, particularly Jean-Marie (I hope I’m spelling the name right). I really appreciated it as was coming in my from another hotel with a safety issue. I’m really grateful!

Nothing, it was perfect

Beautiful hotel with mezzanine apartment!

Massive mezzanine apartment! Beautiful hotel and good price right in the centre of San Juan.

Really hard to find! And no parking, but other than that it was great

Check-in was a complete nightmare, very difficult and frustrating. We did not receive the codes to enter the building ahead of time, as the on-line check-in did not function for us. Seemed like both booking.com and the hotel let us down. We had to wait in 35 C heat for someone to leave the building for us to enter.
