A very well-equipped and spacious apartment in a recently renovated condition (as of October 2026). The furnishings are high-quality and comprehensive. The queen-size bed has comfortable mattresses. The bathroom facilities are modern and work perfectly. Everything was spotlessly clean during my visit.
Amenities include a safe, hairdryer and curling iron, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a capsule coffee machine, and a small refrigerator. Complimentary drinks and a bag of chips were also provided.
Access to the three apartments on the first floor of a regular residential building is managed through a dedicated website/app. Using the smartphone’s Bluetooth connection, it unlocks the main entrance, the floor entrance, and the individual room door. The building also has an elevator.
There does not appear to be any parking available, although this was not an issue for me as I stayed without a car. Alessio, the host, was very friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout our communication and may be able to suggest or arrange a parking option.
There is a supermarket, a bakery, and several fast-food restaurants serving pizza, kebabs, burgers, and more in the immediate vicinity.
During my stay of several days, the apartment was cleaned daily, the bed was made, towels left on the floor were replaced, and the minibar was restocked with complimentary drinks.
Upon request, I received a company invoice without any problems, allowing me to claim my travel expenses.
There is considerable road noise due to heavy traffic during the day. In addition, there was a construction site on the street during my stay, which caused a lot of noise.
The apartment has double glass doors instead of a conventional window, but there is no privacy curtain. This means you must either close the curtains, making the room dark and requiring artificial light, or leave them open, allowing passers-by and the neighbors across the street to look inside.
Unlike some other apartments, this one does not have a kitchen or any facilities for preparing food. There is also no cutlery or crockery.
