Bad, property owners do not care

The view

The apartment was not clean and was all dusty. All furniture was heavily used, not resembling the photos uploaded for the apartment. The fridge was not working. Wi-Fi is very poor it does not work. 1 bathroom shower does not work. The property owners do not answer calls nor have WhatsApp as they said.

Very Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness and Non-Existent Communication

The location is good and the area is safe.

The house cannot comfortably accommodate more than 7 guests, so I don't understand why it is advertised as suitable for larger groups. We were a group of 6, and our experience was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. First, the check-in instructions were confusing and misleading. We were instructed to go to the 13th floor, Apartment 5, but there were only three apartments on that floor, none of which had any numbers on the doors. It was impossible to identify which apartment we were supposed to enter. Communication with the host was practically non-existent. They did not answer our calls or respond to our WhatsApp messages. The only reason we managed to get a response on the day of check-in was because our local guide called them from his own phone. This is completely unacceptable when guests are trying to access a property they have already paid for. When we finally entered the house at around 15:00, the official check-in time, it was still dirty from the previous guests and had not been prepared for our arrival. Eventually, someone came to clean, but we were forced to wait in the seating area for at least two hours while they did so. To make matters worse, only 4 sets of towels were provided for our group of 6. Despite repeatedly requesting two additional sets, nobody bothered to respond or resolve the issue. The overall cleanliness of the property was extremely poor, and the lack of basic hospitality, organization, and communication made the entire experience stressful and frustrating. Cleanliness, clear check-in instructions, sufficient towels, and basic communication are the minimum expectations for any accommodation. Unfortunately, this property failed on all counts.
