The studio is nestled amongst a quiet and tidy neighborhood, overlooking a lovely courtyard. Five Mile shopping centre and Pak n Save are in the easiest walking distance. It is in a perfect location in the heart of Frankton. I seriously could not believe how close everything was.
There is a small kitchen, fridge and microwave, utensils and cutlery, pots and pans to store and cook meals. Easy to pop over to the supermarket for groceries.
Nice small bathroom with a good pressured shower head. Comfortable bed and lovely sheets.
Has a TV, so you can play You Tube or Netflix. Outside the sliding door, you get all day sun and can sit on the porch with a wine or beer and coffee in the morning. There is also a BBQ available, which we didn't get round to using.
The Orbus bus service and bus stops are also accessible. We used it to get around by ordering a Bee Card online, or from the bus driver for $5. You load it up with money and can use it to pay your fare and get a discount every time you ride the bus.
The views of the remarkables every time we stepped out of the courtyard, was just amazing 😍.
Would I come back here. Absolutely!!! James the host was so accommodating to our needs and also allowed hubby and I to check in earlier before lunch, which we really appreciated. He was so lovely and had great communication.
We highly recommend this place, it is perfect for a couple get away or single person.
What's there not to like? Nothing.

Warm. Comfortable. Small studio apartment but everything you need. Nice touches (ice cream, toiletries, Weber bbq).
Owner/Manager nice to deal with. Good directions. Nice new apartment complex with pleasant courtyard.
Easy walk to Supermarket and entire 5-Mile retail area.
Parking is an issue if you have a vehicle. Very little parking available close to the apartment. The Welcome e-mail offers suggestions.
The TV did not work for long. Buffering, freezing, needing re-starting constantly. Owner said he would try to fix it but it was the same the second evening.
Bosch induction cooktop was hard to work out as we had not used a Bosch before. Discreet instructions would have been helpful.
