The apartments are in a good location

The apartments are in a good location. We were pleasantly offered free parking, which is very convenient because there is an elevator from the underground parking. There is a supermarket nearby.

There is a boiler built into the middle of the apart that makes a very loud noise. Also, the mattress is narrow and uncomfortable.

Good option in Aveiro, be aware that you will need to pay a deposit

Modern building good location in front of a supermarket and on-street parking in the area.

Communication could be better. Informing clearly of a need to pay a €100 refundable deposit off platform, in order to complete the booking. I only found out on the same day.

Nice apartment. Communication with the hosts and hidden deposit costs not so much.

The apartment was cozy and well-maintained. It had mostly everything one would need for a short-term stay.

The communication with the hosts was horrible and there were hidden costs. - I was forced to pay a deposit of 50€ that was nowhere mentioned during or after the reservation through Booking. After making the reservation, I got a message from the property to click on an external link which looked suspicious (it had spelling errors and contained a sentence saying "click on me"). They told me I had to click on it to check-in. I asked for an alternative as I did not know nor trusted the website. The host said there was no other way since I also had to pay a deposit of 50€. This deposit was nowhere mentioned previously and the payment had to be done through the same website. I asked for an alternative payment method. They said that if I didn't agree that I could cancel my stay. Obviously this meant that I would not receive my reservation payment back since the reservation was non-refundable. I ended up using this website afraid of being scammed. - The host did not speak any Portuguese which is ridiculous for a host in a Portuguese city. Overall, even though the place is very nice, I would not recommend as the hosts are not transparent and ask for a deposit that was nowhere mentioned.

Espaço acolhedor, anfitriã sempre disponível e em contacto.

Falta um pequeno estendal para a varanda. Falta os canais de TV, em vez de apps sem acessos. Numa estadia de 6 noites, devia ter mais umas toalhas.
