It's a good location, close to a metro, many supermarkets around and other shops. Overall pretty spacious, and 2 showers is nice. Beds are comfortable. You do not hear the neighbors, unless (and sometimes only) they have and you have your windows open.
Mini fridge instead of regular refrigerator, portable stovetop rather than fixed, power outlets above benchtop didn't work, and be wary there's the bare minimum in terms of dinnerware and cooking tools. When we arrived, there wasn't enough dinnerware sets for all of us and some basic cooking tools were missing. However, the owner was very responsive and the cleaning lady brought us what was missing the next day. Also note that if you're traveling not using your home SIM card, you will not be able to use the app to get the digital key to access the building as it requires an account confirmation via SMS (unless you roam for a day to get the text message). The owner started being responsive a few days before we arrived, but not before. Some of the pictures also seem to be from another apartment similar (probably in the same building). Also please note it's on the second floor, and you will have to go up a fair amount of stairs with your luggage.

Super well located with lots of space. A really quiet space with a nice feel
More pillows would have been good. The kitchen is basic but functional. One shower was not working but was being fixed.

The apartment is nice, with three (or two and a half) bedrooms with comfy beds and lots of space. It includes some design elements, art, overal trying to be stylish and modern, which is nice.
These things were not ideal:
- process of check-in - I got the instructions on how to get in via Booking message, they were pretty detailed. However they were incorrect! The lockbox with key was not as described and the code provided didn't work. We ended up calling the number and the person told us the instructions in the message are out-of-date and he had to navigate me on how to get to the key
- communication in general - Booking messages work only one way - you get instructions, but asking something was not successful
- the state of the apartment - although it is stylish and spacious, it has a bit unusual topology, and mainly - it was not in a great shape and looks like is has been through few years of rough operation. It was a bit worn out. Things like handle missing/not working on one of the bathrooms, dishwasher asking to be cleaned (we had to find a way around it), electrical socket in the bathroom (meant for the heater) covered with tape and not usable, etc..
- there was an old elevator in the flat, on its way to be covered by wall, but not finished yet. It was partially openable. Not great.
- 2 of 3 mornings, we woke up to homeless person being in the inner yard, under our windows, looting the trash cans and other stuff
