The location near turtle point in a very quiet road, the pool was amazing, the room was so big and clean, and the staff was nice
First the draining water system didn’t work so when ever we wash our hands there were water all over the floor but they got it fixed, and then the AC was leaking all night and the next day they fixed it until 05pm, we got an electric bike rental from them and it was not good (we got another one from someone else outside cheaper and was much powerful) and the staff forget stuff sometimes like charging our motobike like they said so we ended up walking and pulling the bike (and we have a baby) it’s was a hard thing to do.. we paid approximately 300$ for 04 days so at least they should verify the room before giving it to us (It is unlikely that this issue appeared out of nowhere the AC leaking and the tap leaking…)

Excellent place to stay in Gili Air. It is 20 minute walk from the ferry port but we found that quite manageable. Can get a horse and cart taxi.if you wish. The closest beach is about a 5 minute walk.
A bit surprised (almost astounded) given the excellence of everything else the only coffee they provided at breakfast was Nescafe. In our 5 weeks in Indonesia this is the only time this has occurred. Always had "Java Coffee" available.

A nice place and setting. It is located away from the island's busiest areas and offers cleanliness, as well as a good range of services—both accommodation-related and leisure—at a great price. The staff were helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again on Gili Air.
It would be good to renew some of the equipment.

Staff were really nice. Welcome drink was great and any issues were dealt with quickly. Pools were great too
Could be slightly cleaner.
