Bit out of the way but nicely on top of the mountain above the city center. It really isn’t as bad as some people say, 10 minutes walk down to the center, or a very short 1 euro grab. Let me shower after my checkout which was amazing as well.
Forgot to check if my room had windows, it didn’t, but it really wasn’t advertised as such.

Good location, 10min walk to the lake and you don’t mind and uphill walk! Clean and tidy, rooms were made each day! Staff were friendly, and couldn’t fault their attitude to help us during our stay!
The only negative being that our room was windowless (well excluding a small window looking out into the stairwell!). Whilst we probably should have seen that when booking, it would have been nice to have moved to a window room, noting the hotel certainly wasn’t full.

I love the location. The bed was extremely comfortable, the host was super nice, great breakfast, did I mention how caring and thoughtful the host and his family was. The location is one minute walk from a major sleeper bus terminal. If I come back to Spa, I would definitely book it again.
My room didn’t have a window, but they did offer to change my room, but I was so tired, I said no.

The location is great! A ten minutes walk to city center, while the property remained quiet and calm. The hosts were so kind and helpful! I would definitely recommend this hotel!
Nothing, it was great!
