It was a hidden gem. You walk into a high building in Giza take a golden elevator all the way up and arrive in a complete different world. Everything is nice clean and you feel a peaceful energy. You get welcomed with big smilie and the whole team is serving you with big hearts. The view from the rooftop is unbelievable. You feel blessed when you are there. The breakfast was included with us and it was so much food and sooo tasty. You can tell again it was made with love. We wanted to do a tour and we got a private driver arranged last minute by Faris. This really made our day! Thank you so so much for giving us best deal. And thank you so much whole DAR team, you really made us feel more than home - we felt lucky to be able to be your guests !
Nothing. It was 10000% worth it and if we ever come back to Giza we want to stay exactly there again 🥰

DAR Pyramids Inn is truly charming. Located in the heart of Giza, on the top floor of a residential building, the initial arrival may spark reservations. However, once you arrive at the 14th floor, it is incredibly welcoming, clean and comfortable, with an exceptional view of the pyramids from the rooftop. Travel to the major sites is easy and short by uber or taxi. The staff are extremely friendly, accommodating and kind. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend DAR Pyramids INN to anyone staying in Giza.
The elevator is a-little bit dodgy, and on arrival you will need to contact the property to access it (key fob is required for use) but I got up and down safely many times.

We loved the view of the pyramids
This is a real tuff one because we had a fantastic time in Cairo. The hotel rooms are a lot smaller than expected we had great views however the location was very questionable. We were literally staying in the ghetto with all the locals, we got a Uber ride back to our hotel one night and the uber driver said are you sure your staying here, he said in the 25 years of driving taxis he had never dropped tourist to this location. Having said that I am very glad that we got to see the real Cario I felt safe and really did enjoy being around the local people.
