The location is good, it's in Shinjuku and it's very close to the metro station. The price is also ok for what it is I think.
Honestly, the pictures make this room look a lot nicer than it actually is. Although it's clean, it's very old a bit run-down. The lighting isn't so great and the atmosphere isn't super inviting. The most annoying aspect is that the walls are super thin, we got woken up by our neighbors having intercourse in the morning which isn't great. You can really hear anything people are saying below you and above. The owner also urged us to leave a good review, which felt a bit pushy.
Overall, I think this place isn't awful, but there are better options in the area and we were a bit disappointed, having stayed in a lot nicer of a place in the same area that was cheaper beforehand.
