Good WiFi. Good Aircon.
Apartment Clean on arrival.
Strong pressure in the shower.
Lots of wardrobe space.
Working washing machine and we were able to hang clothes on the balcony..
Lift to flat.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They met us in the evening when we arrived late.
Downstairs has a superb cafe called Meydan with excellent food and coffee/teas. The best part was having a massage parlour right downstairs -Igor is excellent 👍👍👍. There's lots of restaurants on the left of the main road and there's a supermarket too. You're 5 mins taxi ride from Playa de Ingles and Dunas Maspalomas ❤️
Nothing to do with management but my neighbour downstairs was a bit noisy at times.

Great location and great price

El apartamento esta recien reformado, muy limpio
y equipado.
