Vorrei cominciare ringraziando veramente Diletta, che ha esaudito tutte le mie richieste garantendomi un'assistenza impeccabile, per poi parlate della nostra camera fantastica e la sufficente pulizia che abbiamo riscontrato.
Insomma é stati un bel posto in cui trascorrere un bellissimo capodanno.. e sicuramente ci ritorneremo!!
Unica e sola pecca non c'era molta luce in bagno.

I stayed in the “Cool” apartment at Bari Holiday Deluxe, which is the smallest room, and overall I had a pleasant stay.
The location is excellent—around a 10-minute walk from Bari Central Train Station and right in the heart of the Murat district, making it very convenient for exploring Bari’s old town and surrounding areas.
Access to the building and apartment was very easy using the app to open the doors, and the instructions were clear and straightforward.
The “Cool” apartment is small, but it was comfortable enough for two people. The room was very clean and had air conditioning, a fridge, coffee machine and kettle. The bathroom included a shower, toilet and a heated towel rail. There was also a small balcony, which was a nice addition.
Overall, it was an OK room in an excellent location. The main advantage is definitely the location and cleanliness. The room is quite small, so it may not suit someone looking for a spacious apartment, but for a short stay in Bari, it was adequate for two people.
The air conditioning was difficult to understand and adjust. We set it to 22°C because the room was hot, but the display continued to show 27°C. We eventually realised that the temperature gradually came down to around 24°C during the night. It therefore didn't operate in the straightforward way we expected, where you set the desired temperature and the room reaches it.
The shower also needs improvement. There was nowhere convenient to place soap or shower gel, so we had to keep bending down to pick things up from the floor.
More importantly, because the shower is effectively in the same room as the bedroom, water leaked out onto the floor around the bed every time we showered. We had to use our hand towels to mop up the water. As a result, we were left without hand towels for the rest of our four-day stay.
The biggest problem – communication after arrival
The most disappointing part of our stay was the lack of communication from the owner after we arrived.
I contacted them because the TV had been provided with the wrong remote control and we could not switch it on. I sent four messages, but received no response. They never came back to me, even by the end of our stay.
Fortunately, we met the guests staying next door. They told us that their air conditioning was not working either and that they had also tried contacting the owner but were not receiving replies.
We were able to help each other. We used our remote to switch their air conditioning on, and they lent us their TV remote so that we could switch our TV on.
This was particularly concerning because reliable communication is extremely important when using an apartment with app-based access.
For example, imagine arriving at 11 pm, having difficulty opening the building or apartment door using the app, and then discovering that the owner does not respond to messages. That would be a very stressful situation, part
