La belle surface habitable.
L'écoute et la considération du service clientèle de Booking pour les gros désagréments subis.. Ils ont été réactifs et compréhensifs, tout le contraire des propriétaires.
Je n'ai pas pour habitude de mettre de mauvais commentaires car quand je rencontre une difficulté lors d'une réservation, j'appelle et je vois en direct avec le propriétaire. Je dis qu'il y a problème quand le souci n'est pas pris en considération. J'avoue que du coup je n'ai jamais rencontré de problème car j'ai toujours eu affaire à des propriétaires à l'écoute, le peu de fois où ça s'est présenté et je peux vous dire que je réserve partout dans le monde et toute sorte de catégories à tous les prix et je n'ai jamais été déçue. J'ai toujours mis des avis très favorables. C'est réciproque, je le précise, car je vais peut-être avoir une réponse acerbe à mon encontre mais je me dois de prévenir les futurs locataires. Ça sert à ça de donner des avis favorable ou pas. J'ai la réputation d'être une personne bienveillante, agréable et qui laisse les logements dans un état irréprochable.
Mais là....je n'ai eu aucune considération de la part des propriétaires.
Premièrement : j'ai toujours eu du mal à avoir des réponses rapides et claires à mes questions avant et pendant mon séjour,
Deuxièmement : pour récupérer les clefs il a fallu que j'aille moi-même les chercher à 15 mn de mon lieu de location et c'est un enfant qui me les a donné sans explication aucune. La propriétaire m'ayant dit qu'elle devait se déplacer professionnellement (soit ça peut arriver).
Troisièmement : à mon arrivée dans le logement, l'alarme s'est déclenchée sans que je puisse l'arrêter car je n'avais ni badge, ni code pour la désactiver (et pour cause, je ne savais pas qu'il y en avait une). Nous sommes restés 45 mn dehors sans pouvoir la désactiver et sans arriver à joindre la propriétaire avec 3 personnes âgées de plus de 80 ans sous une chaleur accablante. Après avoir joins la propriétaire elle s'excuse et me dis que tout est OK (soit.....je lui fait confiance....).
