From the moment we arrived, tired and late in the evening, we were welcomed and made to feel wholeheartedly at home. While I could go on and on about how beautiful and unique their hotel is, and believe me when I say that it is, it is the warmth and care of the hotel family that will really stay with us. What a truly wonderful experience. We found here a respite from the rigour of the city, a serenity in which to drift away, and a Time Machine to transport you to a bygone era. It’s the classiest I have ever felt in dirty travel clothes!😂 From the front door to the room, you are travelling through time and class. Breakfast was just perfect, and honestly the best cup of coffee I had in 3 and a half weeks of travel. Even the music playing in the lounge is genuinely awesome and ambient. The neighborhood around us was perfect… small, lively, friendly, safe and genuine. If you’re coming to Beijing, you cannot do better than this for the best experience you’ll have. We were two families and even our children adored this place! (Though my wife and I would love to come back without them!😂)
Thank you from our truest selves for a wonderful stay and all of your hospitality! You have accomplished something truly remarkable in this establishment. You should be proud if every day you open your doors.🥰
That I didn’t have longer to spend in Beijing just so I could stay here longer!

very nice old style hotel located in the hart of a historic quarter near tian am men. The quarter may be scary for some but it's actually great. Walking distance to Tian am Men and to public transportation. Free shuttle from the airport and a very good price to get back.
