About this apartment rental
Located in the basement (on a hillside) of a multi-family building (10 apartments in total, 5 of which have separate entrances) is this charming one-room apartment with a total area of approximately 38 square meters.
Comprising: Living/sleeping area, kitchenette, closet, and shower/toilet.
Facing northeast is the covered, ground-level terrace with a magnificent, unobstructed view of the valley and the mountains and hills across from it.
Location: At the entrance to the village and at the same elevation as Irsengund
Shopping: approx. 10–15 minutes’ walk, as well as restaurants, a bakery, a butcher shop, a gas station, a beverage store, and more.
