TLDR: well situated hotel near major attractions, shopping and restaurant streets, and near 3 subway lines. TINY room (photo makes it looks way bigger) and no elevator, but with amenities such as mini frig, microwave and washer (no dryer). The hotel is within 2 to 3 subway station hop to the famous palaces and a tradition market. At night the ENTIRE street turn into outdoor hangout popup vendors for drinking and eating. The location is central North Seoul. Subway to east, west or south locations takes about an hour if crossing or near han river. Keep in mind if you don't plan to switch hotel and visit those areas. Hotel is also near the Cheonggyecheon stream for morning and or evening walk. The Room has useful amenities: mini frig, Microwave, Washer (Super useful!) and quick and cold AC. but its TINY; if you are not careful, you'll likely hit your toes on a furniture. No elevators and small stair way, give you a workout if you are not active. A small basement with free water, coffee machine, bigger frig, freezer, a washing machine and dryer, a electric cooking top, all useful if you are tired out by site seeing and just want to order in. All in all, depends on your needs, can be a workable compromise.

Clean hotel, easy check in process, both the cleaning staff and the front desk were attentive and wonderful. Rooms are on the smaller side, but this is something that is evident in the pictures so you know what you're getting if you actually pay attention. Luggage storage was genuinely so appreciated. I will say, I did not appreciate that there were restrictions on when we could use the washer/dryer in the room, because I don't think that is communicated on the main posting of the room. Not the biggest deal in the world, but the W/D in room was the main reason we booked here. My trip was multi-city, which meant that I actually stayed in another hotel in Seoul before coming here. I feel like that hotel had more amenities and was cheaper, which is why I'm giving this hotel 4/5. I think you can find comparable hotels in the city that are less expensive, however, if you want something central, next to the palaces + many restaurants, are planning to check in outside business hours, need luggage storage, this is a great place to stay! Would definitely come back.

Outstanding service, the staff is incredibly helpful, I got sick and manager Steven took me to the clinic, manager Sean helped me with a bus ticket reservation . The location is very convenient and the rooms are impeccable.

The place is walking distance to restaurants and the train station. If you are looking for a night life this is the perfect place to stay since it is close to a lot of known restaurants. The room is clean and the hotel manager is also helpful with our luggages.
