Amazing staff
Great location
Positive vibe
After staying multiple key hotels in CPT, I found that canopy by hilton has very limited breakfast spread specially for vegetarians.
Varieties such as Indian cuisines are not present in breakfast at all.

The Staff were very friendly and hospitable.
Even though we arrived early in the morning, before check-in time, the staff still quickly provided us with a room.
We really liked the furniture and the overall style of the hotel. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the room was spacious and quiet, with plenty of storage space.
The breakfast was very nice, especially the coffee and croissants. Despite the breakfast area being busy, it remained very quiet and pleasant.
The hotel also has its own parking area for guests, which was very convenient and safe.
The hotel is well located in a nice area, with many restaurants nearby.
The building maintenance was good, but considering that the hotel was newly built in 2025, it was surprising to see visible signs of repairs in several areas, such as patches of paint on the walls.

I almost froze to death at the Hilton Hotel in Cape Town.As a person fromNortheast of ChinahumanI am not afraid of cold, but I am afraid that there is no air conditioner in cold weather, and there is no air conditioner for heating.I contacted the receptionist and saidThe air conditioner can only be adjusted to 24 degrees at the highest, with only cooling function and no heating function.I really think it's wonderful.And there are no other heating measures.The temperature in my room is only about 15 degrees.Although the location and service of the hotel are very good, there is no swimming pool and SPA in the hotel, and the price is much more expensive than that of the nearby Taiji Hotel, which is completely cost-effective.Moreover, the interior of the hotel is like a maze, which is simply unfriendly for me to stay for one night, andDue to the long flight, my body was very uncomfortable and my legs were particularly painful. I walked a long way and arrived at the room from the elevator.But fortunately, my room can see a corner of Table Mountain.
