Very private and safe, good security away from the main walk ways. I stayed by myself, and felt very comfortable there. The staff were amazing and helpful. Highly recommend staying here. Very close to Biennale, very nice restaurants around, and fresh food markets every day.
The shower head was very low, and didn’t hold up against the wall properly.
During summer, the air conditioning wasn’t very strong. Wifi only worked in the bedroom, and I couldn’t take any calls due to the poor connection. However, these are only minor issues and my experience there was really good.

Location.
A certain lack of care in preparing the apartment for guests. For example: only one towel given (bath), no proper coffee machine, no tea-towels (kitchen), quite poor beddings.
The apartment feels claustrophobic, there are two windows, which face onto a very badly kept inner courtyard.
