The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel was very well managed, with high standards of cleaning and maintenance. The location was perfect, and the buggy service to the beach was a convenient touch. The presence of security staff made us feel safe throughout our stay. The swimming pool was also very clean and well maintained.
There were strong, unpleasant odours in the corridors. Guests were allowed to leave their shoes outside their rooms, which looked untidy and contributed to the unpleasant smells. This is something the hotel should address. The breakfast selection was also limited in terms of halal options and European-style choices. A wider variety would improve the experience.
