A centrally located apartment, with all basic amenities one needs for a short stay. Though it is placed in an old building, the apartment inside is renovated and clean. It is very close to all central locations in the city, including the Artificial Lake, Blloku, government buildings and handful of restaurants of all kinds. Though parking was not included, the host went beyond what I expected and kept me a parking spot in the street in front of the building. For the price I rented the place, it was a great experience.
Nothing that is dependent on the owner. The narrow street in front of the building and the old building do not look nice, but have no impact on the quality of stay.

The owner met me in a friendly manner. Fulfilled all the small requests. Answered questions about interesting places and delicious restaurants. The apartment is not new, the repair is not fresh, but everything is neat and clean
The washing machine didn’t work well. There is no second air conditioner in the bedroom

Not so easy we have to contact the host family to explain we was close but we couldn't find the flats ,he kindly arranged someone to come for us and take us to the flat
To give bit more information about the flats it's been little struggle for me as wasn't told is on last floor 3 or 4 th floor no lift so if you have mobility issues then you can't stay there.
