We honestly didn’t know what to expect before arriving in Giza, but staying at R.Tower Pyramids View turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip to Egypt!
The location is fantastic, with beautiful views of the pyramids from the rooftop. Watching the sun go down behind these incredible ancient monuments was something we’ll remember for a long time. There’s just something special about enjoying your morning coffee while looking at one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
What really made the difference, though, was Albert and his team. From the moment we arrived, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely happy to help. We had a little confusion with our travel plans, but Albert helped us figure everything out without making us feel stressed. Honestly, that kind of hospitality goes a long way when you’re travelling in a foreign country.
We also booked some tours through the hotel, and they were absolutely worth it! Our local guide was knowledgeable, funny, and made Egyptian history so much more interesting. Exploring the pyramids, visiting ancient sites, and discovering places we probably wouldn’t have found on our own made the whole experience feel like a real adventure rather than just another sightseeing trip.
Breakfast was lovely, the room was clean, and the rooftop quickly became our favourite spot to relax after a long day of exploring. Giza is definitely lively and full of character, so if you want to experience the real Egypt rather than stay somewhere completely isolated, this is a great place to start.
A big thank-you to Albert and the entire team for making us feel so welcome. We arrived as guests and left feeling like we had made some new friends.
If you’re planning a trip to Cairo and want pyramid views, helpful people, and memorable experiences without breaking the bank, we’d definitely recommend giving this place a try.

Property was just value for money all
The receptionist committed a private hotel car from hotel to Cairo downtown in USD 20. We agreed to pay more just to avoid hassle. Eventually they booked uber for us in USD3 and lied to us that it was hotel car. I just dont understand why Egypt is all about lies and cheating !!
