Wouldnt go here if its the last place. Images dont justify how badly it looked as i only took videos.

To be honest nothing

Absolutely Horrendous Experience – Host Lied, Ignored Me, and Refused to Compensate I booked Vancouver Place through Booking.com, and this was by far the worst experience of my life. The host not only lied to me and to Booking.com but has completely ignored all of my calls and messages since. They are refusing to take responsibility or compensate me in any way, despite admitting in person that the property was uninhabitable. Check-in Disaster: I had arranged early check-in directly with the host and was told it was fine. On arrival, the host suddenly backtracked and denied it, leaving me stranded and confused. That was just the beginning of the nightmare. Shocking Condition of the Property: The property looked like a crime scene. It had clearly been wrecked by a massive illegal party the night before, something the neighbors confirmed had involved over 200 people, drugs, nitrous oxide canisters, machetes, knives, vomit, urine, broken furniture, and SIX police vans. I was even accused by the neighbors of hosting the party myself, which was humiliating and terrifying. The house reeked of weed, was littered with dangerous debris, and was completely unfit for human habitation. The host had the audacity to send a single cleaner one hour before check-in, who admitted she couldn’t possibly fix the mess alone. I ended up cleaning for hours just to make the place barely tolerable, which was absolutely degrading and unacceptable given that I had PAID for a clean and safe stay. Host’s Lies and False Promises: When confronted, the host came by at 4:30 PM, admitted the condition of the property, and verbally promised me compensation. Since then, they have ignored every single one of my calls, texts, and emails. They lied not only to me but also to Booking.com by failing to disclose the state of the property and are now avoiding accountability entirely.

The house is beautiful, but needs some attention to detail.

The house was lovely and spacious. The furniture and beds seemed new and were very comfortable. The Games Room was very useful but there is a considerable extra charge per night so you need to check this before you come.

The garden was a total mess but Samuel assured me that this would be tidied up. The kitchen needed more utensils and crockery. I have given Samuel a list. If this happens you will really enjoy your stay.

The house was lovely and spacious. The furniture and beds seemed new and were very comfortable. The Games Room was very useful but there is a considerable extra charge per night so you need to check this before you come.
