The proximity to everything. The kitchen utensils meant we could cook meals from scratch . The enclosed garden & patio area. The lovely smelling bedding & towels ( that actually fit round an average person!)
The cottage is so cosy & bright . We loved it as did our two retired greyhounds.
A toilet upstairs would have been the icing on the cake but appreciate it’s an 1822 cottage!

Location was ideal for getting about north Norfolk, quit and comfortable.
Due to poor mobility the toilet was a distance away and downstairs but that was the only downside.

Home from home. Beautiful cottage with everything you could possibly need. Close to the beach with a lovely village that has all amenities. Love this place.
