Conditions abusives qui ne correspondent pas à la description faite dans les réservations
Lorsque nous avons loué cette chambre pour 3 jours, les réservations indiquaient une caution de 500 euros, ce qui est décrit dans la réservation, le propriétaire a envoyé une lettre demandant une caution de 1000 euros, ce qui est contraire aux conditions de réservation dans les réservations. De plus, le tarif de 659 comprenait 85 euros pour les draps de lit pour 7 personnes, l'employé du propriétaire a demandé 50 euros supplémentaires pour les draps de lit que nous avons payés sur place, j'ai un message de confirmation du propriétaire indiquant que nous devions payer séparément 10 euros pour les draps de lit et 5 euros pour les serviettes de toilette pour chaque personne. Il y avait de la nourriture des clients précédents dans le réfrigérateur et une bouteille de bière congelée avec le couvercle enlevé dans le congélateur. Au moment de quitter l'appartement, nous avons relu les conditions générales du bail et demandé le remboursement des 50 euros que nous avions payés à nouveau pour les draps, pour lesquels on nous a proposé d'effectuer un virement bancaire sur la carte. L'appartement a été accepté, nous n'avons fait aucun commentaire, nous avons emporté les sacs poubelles et toutes nos provisions. Une couche propre oubliée d'une poupée a été laissée dans l'appartement. Après un jour d'interruption, le propriétaire a écrit que nous avions cassé le gong, déplacé le matelas et oublié la couche et qu'il ne nous rendrait pas 50 euros et nous demanderait 60 euros de pénalité pour le nettoyage. Je ne recommande pas de louer ces appartements....
