PLEASE IF YOU WANT TO RELAX AND ENJOY GOA - AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL.

Nothing. Only Borus (hotel staff) did everything to save reputation

Let us tell the reality, the truth of the most horrible hotel we’ve ever stayed. This review is made to help you to avoid this disgusting experience that we had and to not let you to believe this non-existent 5 stars hotel, because there is not it. Maybe 2 or 3 stars. And there are below why. We tried to communicate with management in peaceful way to solve the problems a lot (!) of times. Unsuccessfully with lots of lies from the management and reservation department that is so disrespectfully. We booked this hotel via booking.com at 25.07.2025 for period 17.10-24.10.2025. Firstly despite payment terms for accommodation at booking.com (payment in property during chec-in) the hotel demanded via What’s app to make 100% prepayment and we immediately paid them on 25 of July otherwise they would cancelled our reservation. Then on 20 of September on booking.com and by whatsup we wrote them that our flight was changed and we were arriving later (was 19.10.25 to 24.10.25 and became 19.10.25 to 24.10.25) There was no answer to us. They started to communicate only since October,6 with obstructive promises to answer. We arrived to hotel about 10am and our room was busy by other guests despite the 2 facts: we paid for earlier dates, many times informed about date and time of arrival and there could not be any guests in our room! And the hotel let us to check-in only after 12 pm. It is the smallest guest house, not the hotel of 5 stars the was stated! There is not even any territory and obviously any beach front, but room category we booked as “Villa - front view”. Do not believe at all. Only a roof of tent and to chairs for two rooms outside. One day our neighbor guests were cooking grill in front of our door. We heard every singing song of hotel staff, every speech behind the walls. We even had to ask them not to sing in night time. It made us upset and crushed, cause we had no chance to had a rest there.

You are the best!

This is a nice new place right near the beach. Stylish and cozy atmosphere in the cottage. We stayed for 4 nights with 2 kids, there was enough place for us. The stuff at the property was very helpfull. All the management was through messengers. We took the breakfast option,and the chef cooked right on out kitchen since there is no restautant in the property. But there are planty of places around where to eat on the beach. Actually we went to the South Goa after this stay and then came back here in a few days. For sure this is the best variant in Morjim-Ashwem, this is our 5th visit to Goa. We will come again!!! Thank you very much!
