Disappointing acommodation

Having codes for the apartment was good.

1. We booked for 12 people, but the apartment was only stocked for 6. There were only 6 towels in total, and sheets and pillows in just two rooms, so at least four of us had to sleep on a bare couch. We called four times over two days and were promised each time that it would be fixed urgently, but the missing items only arrived late on the second night, more than halfway through our stay. Compensation was promised by phone, but we were then offered only €10, which does not reflect the inconvenience. 2. Floor 4 is actually 5/6, should have been listed more clearly. 3. Misleading pictures

Good

This was a big space apartment for the value. The location is little out from city but easy with bolt/uber. The bed in the top was so cool.

The apartment was dirty on the floor with dust and alot of hair. Also, there was tiny flies all over the sink and the bathroom. It is better for young age friends group than people with small kids.
