We absolutely loved the authentic Japanese-style house! The living room was wonderful, and the property had two separate bedrooms, spacious rooms, a large kitchen, and all the necessary amenities. Being on the ground floor was also convenient. The traditional Japanese-style floor mattresses made the experience even more special. If you want to experience living in a traditional Japanese-style house, this is a great option. The price was exceptionally good!
The location was a little inconvenient, as the train station was approximately 1 km away on foot.
We also initially had some difficulty finding the property and locating the key lockbox. However, the hosts answered our phone call promptly and immediately provided us with instructions.
Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major issue. The bed linen appeared to be unwashed, there were cockroaches, the windows had no insect screens, and there was dust throughout the house. It seemed that the accommodation had not been properly cleaned after the previous guests. We ended up spending an entire day thoroughly cleaning everything ourselves.
Despite these issues, we decided to stay because we loved the Japanese-style house and the exceptionally good price. With proper cleaning and better maintenance, this could be a wonderful place to stay.
