Went for a vacation to Penang in conjunction to celebrate my wife birthday there.
Hotel was clean and the staff are also awesome. Greet me and fulfill all my special request.
Super nice.. Highly recommended for everyone.
Nothing.

I like the room arrangement, with 3 parts seperate, room for rest, room for meal and room for bath, it was neat and each serve specific function and family friendly
I don't like the breakfast choices, I feel a little bit lacked choices from a luxury hotel, probably can refer to clubmed cherating breakfast choices
They have different food categories by Japan and India and Asia and western all in 1 breakfast meal, which I feel the choices is plenty to choose

Spacious rooms, very comfortable, loved the drinking filter tap in the bathroom. Gym and pool were great too. Handy location and very helpful staff.
