We used as a base to visit Milan, Lake Como and Genoa and Portofino. The location was very handy for the train station. The apartment was VERY clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. There was ample street parking around and a car park 2 minutes walk away that was free overnight and at weekends. The air conditioning was lovely and cool after a hot day out. The town itself was very quiet for a nice peaceful break. Approx 20 minutes by train to Duomo Milano.
I gave the property 9/10. One point lost as we found the apartment entry system a bit of a faff having to click on a web link each time, for each of the 3 doors you need to go through. And same on exit. A key box or a door code would be much easier…. Just our opinion, and I’m not technophobic!
Also a couple more pillows would have been nice. And there seemed to be limited hot water for the shower. None of the above spoiled our stay and I would certainly stay again without hesitation. Thank you.

la posizione vicina alla metro, nonostante ciò non rumorosa. appartamento confortevole. consiglio un qualcosa che faccia da appoggio per un beauty case in bagno. proprietari disponibili e gentili durante le comunicazioni quando sono state necessarie.
INACCETTABILE il metodo di apertura delle porte, tutte e 3 (portone di ingresso del condominio, portone dell'appartamento, porta della camera (le camere sono 2 dopo il portone, con piccolo corridoio in comune, cosa che specificano dopo la prenotazione il che non è carino ma è ormai una situazione molto diffusa)) quindi tutte e 3 le porte si aprono con un metodo automatico tramite un link che viene inviato al momento del check in, ma per qualsiasi imprevisto on c'è un metodo di riserva per il portone di ingresso del condominio, che si apre solo con chiave fisica; sulle altre 2 c'è la riserva di un tastierino sulle maniglie, e dal link si trova un codice da inserire sul tastierino. Esperienza personale: malfunzionamento wifi dell'appartamento, tutto bloccato, le 2 porte interne si aprono e chiudono con tastierino mentre il portone impossibile aprirlo, nonostante io avessi rete dati, tutto dipendeva comunque dal wifi. quindi ho rischiato di rimanere fuori casa alle ore 23 e la loro riposta ai miei messaggi è arrivata dopo mezzora, sono riuscita a entrare grazie a un altro condomino, pura fortuna. hanno poi portato la chiave fisica, ma dopo molte ore dall'inizio della problematica. trovo quanto accaduto molto grave. le aperture automatiche hanno la loro utilità, ma non possono basarsi solo su un wifi che può non funzionare. non ci vuole molto a lasciare una chiave per emergenza. Altra sventura una notte, ma nn prevedibile e dipendente dalla maleducazione degli ospiti in camera accanto, con cui si condivide appunto l'ingresso.
