• Check-in: From 4:00 PM.
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out: $60 + tax, subject to availability. Request one day in advance.

🔹 Reception Registration
• Guests must register at the front desk with a photo ID and vehicle license plate to receive their parking decal.
• If arriving after 10 PM, return before 11 AM the next day to register or a double registration fee may apply.
🔹 Garage Remote
• The remote is provided inside the apartment.
• Lost or damaged remote: $120 replacement fee.
🔹 Luggage Storage
• Free during office hours with advance notice.
🔹 Packages
• Accepted up to 30 days before arrival.
• $5 per small package; $10 per large package.
🔹 Housekeeping & Supplies
• The apartment is professionally cleaned before arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included.
• Includes 8 bath towels, 2 beach towels, and fresh bed linens.
• Towels are not replaced during the stay; guests may wash them in the shared laundry room on the same floor.
• Basic toiletries and cleaning supplies are provided for the first night only. Guests must purchase additional supplies as needed.
• Please report any cleaning issues promptly.

• Shared laundry room on the same floor; no washer or dryer inside the apartment.
• Laundry cards are available at the front desk. Confirm current wash and dry rates there.
• Use HE (high-efficiency) detergent only.
🔹 Safe Box
• Use a four-digit code followed by the letter A.
• After-hours assistance for an incorrectly locked safe: $150 fee.
🔹 House Rules
• The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
• Maximum capacity: 4 adults and 1 child under 9 years old.
• Smoking, pets, and events are not allowed.
