About this house rental
The house is located in the hills of the municipality of Serravalle Pistoiese, completely surrounded by nature. It is part of an annex to the historic main estate of a former Medici property. It has been completely renovated using traditional materials. The estate is ideal for families who want to relax and enjoy the beauty of Tuscany. We have a small gym where you can hire a private personal trainer or take yoga classes with an instructor. Our garden features a play area with ping-pong, a bouncy castle, and children’s playground equipment such as a slide, a swing, and much more. During your stay, you can take advantage of cleaning services and linen and towel changes upon request (for a fee) or every 4–5 days (included in the price) starting from your check-in date. The road leading to the estate is a dirt road. The double bedroom on the first floor features a portable “Delonghi PAC EX105 A+++” air conditioner—the latest model—which is suitable for country and historic homes where heat pump air conditioners are not appropriate for aesthetic and environmental reasons. The room with the bunk beds, located on the first floor, has a fan, as air conditioning is not necessary.
