I stayed in the executive room. The room was snug but clean and the bed was comfortable. I didn't like the shower because it kept falling down and drainage was poor which led to water leaking out into the bedroom. They cleaned it up really quick and I was careful not to take long showers.
I found the location to be very convenient for my purpose which is that its close to Bumrungrad hospital and they have a buggy to take you there.
The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful and they made excellent eggs to order. Breakfast included rice, steamed vegetables, some kind of thai curry, chicken sausage and bacon, cut up fruits, a salad bar, white and whole wheat, pancakes or waffles, soup, samosas or spring rolls and black tea or coffee. They also had orange juice and milk. Sometimes they had lemon infused water and bael infused water.
If I had to nitpick, I often found that the reception staff had a hard time speaking english. Sometimes there were some young people who were fluent in english but over all I had a hard time.
But as far as hotels go, it was good. It was good.

Amazing hotel staff. We had an unfortunate issue after checking in, but the staff helped us solve that in the most impressive way possible. Will definitely be back.
