Nina was wonderful and so helpful. It was extremely warm when we were there and the rooms were nice and cool.

Hotel is relatively new , modern and as such is very well decorated with quality fittings. The breakfast area and the terrace bar area were good. The variety of the breakfast offering was more than consistent of a hotel with less than 30 rooms. Points to bear in mind, part of the hotel doesn’t have a lift so some people may struggle to get to the rooms on the second floor. The onsite parking was ideal. The location of the hotel was excellent for all attractions and bars and restaurants. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

It was a good and modern hotel, in a central location. However, I was not made aware beforehand that there is no lift access for the wing that I was assigned in - not ideal.

A lovely hotel in a great location. The staff were exceptionally warm, friendly, and always willing to help, making the stay even more enjoyable. I would happily recommend Hotel Margaux Épernay for both short and longer stays and would gladly stay there again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
