l'emplacement très proche des remontés mécaniques
Nous avons été extrêmement déçus par ce logement. L’annonce indique appart avec « 1 chambre », mais il ne s’agit pas d’une chambre séparée. Le lit est installé dans le hall d’entrée, sans fenêtre, avec une porte coulissante qui ne ferme même pas correctement. Les photos de l’annonce ne permettent pas de comprendre cette configuration trompeuse. On ne peut pas l'appeler appart avec une chambre. Le hall fait à peine 6m2, y a un lit superposé et 4 portes, de l'entrée principale, de la salle de bain, des toilettes et la porte coulissante servant à la fois de placard et de séparation du salon, ce qui ne constitue pas une vraie chambre. Il n’y a également pas de vrai espace de rangement : le seul placard sert à la fois pour les vêtements, mais aussi pour stocker le matériel de ménage (balai, serpillière) et des équipements de cuisine. Cela est peu hygiénique et très peu pratique.
À notre arrivée, l’appartement était sale. L’ensemble du studio nécessite un nettoyage en profondeur immédiat. Les meubles de la kitchenette sont vétustes et donnent l’impression de dater d’au moins 40 ans. Les ustensiles de cuisine sont en mauvais état, disparates, et peu engageants. Le four est très ancien et sale et l’ensemble de la cuisine manquait de propreté.
Les protège-matelas étaient dans un état déplorable et extrêmement sale ; nous avons dû les retirer .
Le propriétaire demande une caution de 300 €, probablement en raison de la salle de bain et des WC rénovés récemment.
De plus, le logement est très bruyant : il y a un bar au rez-de-chaussée de la résidence et nous avons eu de la musique jusqu’à 1 h du matin chaque jour.
Dans l’ensemble, cet studio est dans un état inacceptable pour un logement payé 1 400 € la semaine. Nous ne recommandons absolument pas ce logement . Dommage qu'on peut pas mettre des photos quand on donne notre avis sur le site, mais des photos ont été transmises au service client pour illustrer ces problèmes.
