Fantastiskt läge på första linjen! Lägenheten var fräsch och modern.
Sängarna var hårda och saknade bäddmadrass. Golvet på terrassen var inte så rent.

Absolutely everything, the property was so clean, it was so much bigger than expected. It was safe and comfortable. And perfect for self catering etc. The location is the best part of the property, the view of the beach is stunning and the fact everything is on your doorstep is incredible. We had the best stay.
Nothing at all - the only comment I can make was that the air conditioning unit outside is very sharp and when you’re tall you can catch yourself on it.

ASPECTOS POSITIVOS: El piso está excelentemente reformado y muy bien equipado, lo cual es un factor muy importante a valorar. La ubicación es excelente, y tanto la distribución como la decoración y el mobiliario son estupendos (a excepción del sofá, que resulta poco cómodo). Cuenta con 3 duchas, 3 lavabos y 2 váteres, equipados además con 3 secadores de pelo. Dispone de aire acondicionado en el salón y en todos los dormitorios, además de plancha, tendedero, cafetera, hervidor de agua, lavavajillas, lavadora, mosquiteras, dos toldos en el balcón y una cocina equipada con todo lo básico. En resumen, está muy bien dotado de comodidades
POCA LIMPIEZA: En este sentido, el alojamiento no llega al aprobado. La limpieza es puramente superficial; muy bien por encima, pero ha faltado profundidad. Plintos, mosquiteras y persianas acumulan bastante polvo. En rincones, guías de mamparas, esquinas de cajones y/o armarios empotrados se aprecian restos de sarro, churretillos, manchas, manotazos...
En la cocina, un mueble presentaba mal olor y churretes de grasa amarillentos. Al extraer el mueble con las guías, se hacía visible toda la porquería acumulada en la parte baja del casco del armazón.
Lo más inaceptable fue la ropa de cama. Se notaba perfectamente que estaba usada y no recién lavada: sábanas, edredones, colchas y cojines carecían de olor a limpio y de apresto. Lo más grave es que la colcha tenía manchas evidentes de suciedad, lo cual resulta intolerable y antihigiénico. El frescor de la ropa limpia es inconfundible y aquí brillaba por su ausencia. Dispongo de pruebas fotográficas detalladas de todo lo mencionado, las cuales quedan a disposición inmediata.
